    • Like a personal trainer for your money, financial coaching focuses on day-to-day money habits, emotional spending patterns, and helping you feel more confident and in control. Unlike financial advisors, I don’t manage your investments, and unlike therapists, I don’t diagnose or treat mental health issues. But I do help you bridge the gap between what you know you should do and actually doing it.

    • Most tools focus only on the numbers. I help you understand why you’re spending in the first place. Together, we work on mindset shifts, emotional triggers, and practical plans that actually fit your life, not just a spreadsheet.

    • Emotional spending is when you buy something to feel better, whether it's relief, comfort, or control. I help you identify those patterns and teach you how to meet those emotional needs in healthier ways, without guilt or shame.

    • Nope. You’re the expert on your life. I’m just here to help you get clarity and align your spending with your values. I’ll never tell you to stop doing things you enjoy. We’ll just make sure you’re choosing them intentionally.

Logistics & Expectations

    • I get it. When money feels tight, investing in coaching can feel out of reach. But here’s the truth: coaching is designed to help you get unstuck financially, so you don’t stay in that cycle. That’s why I offer flexible payment options and focus on helping you see a return on your investment as quickly as possible. My goal isn’t just to help you save or cut back in the short term, it’s to equip you with tools and strategies you can use to move in an entirely new direction, long after our work together ends. You’ll learn how to make confident, values-based decisions with your money so you can stop the cycle and get ahead for good.

    • Sessions are 1:1 and typically held on Zoom or wherever you feel most comfortable if you are local. We’ll start by identifying your goals, then work together to create a clear, realistic path forward. Each session is tailored to you and your needs. Sessions blend coaching (to work through blocks) and strategy (so you know exactly what to do next).

    • Yes. I know money can be tight when you’re just getting started, and I offer payment plans so coaching is accessible. Just ask!

    • That’s great! We can absolutely coach as a couple. Money conversations often bring up different emotions for each person, and coaching can help you get on the same page.

    • Most clients begin to feel relief and clarity within the first few sessions. Bigger transformations like building savings or reducing debt grow over time. But you’ll start seeing mindset shifts and practical wins early on.

    • Absolutely. Your privacy and trust matter deeply to me and is essential for a safe space. While I do share client wins anonymously in my newsletters or on social media, everything we discuss stays between us, always. Your confidentially will always be upheld.

Getting Started
